Accounts Payable Supervisor / £30,000 - £32,000 DOE / Skelmersdale / Permanent / Hybrid

Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business in Skelmersdale who are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team

Package:

  • Salary £30,000 - £32,000
  • Full-time, Permanent
  • Hybrid working pattern (3 days in and 2 from home)
  • AAT Study Support



Location: Skelmersdale

Job Duties:

  • Assist in managing the key accounts and suppliers and complete monthly statement reconciliations
  • Oversee a small team of Purchase Ledger Clerks
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Support with credit card and expenses process by ensuring VAT has been recorded correctly
  • Identifying areas of process improvement and ways to improve efficiency across the ledger



Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Financial Controller

When will interviews be taking place?
Interviews will be happening ASAP

Ideal experience?

  • Worked in a fast-paced purchase ledger environment with high volumes essential, ideally with supervisory experience
  • Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
  • Good excel and system skills essential
  • 3+ years experience in an Accounts Payable role is essential
