We are working with a well known wood finishing company who are in need of a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk. This will be a fully office based role, Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00, based in Neasden (NW2) and starting immediately. There is a possibility of the role becoming permanent for the right candidate. The main duties of the role will include:

  • Posting of purchase invoices to an invoice register
  • Matching invoices to deliveries and subsequent transferring authorised invoices to the main accounting system
  • Daily posting of bank transactions to the accounting system
  • Adhoc accounting and admin tasks
