Accounts Receivable Assistant

Alexander Lloyd are representing business going through growth to support in the hire of an Accounts Receivable Assistant, the ideal candidate will have experience within AR, Banking, Cashbook & Reconciliations.

Day to day duties will entail:

• Accounts Receivable tasks
• Record and maintain the cashbook on a daily basis
• Petty cash
• Bank reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow and processing various inter-company payments
• Reconcile to bank statements, and the computerised accounting system.
• Posting journals on to the finance system
• Processing payments
• Actively participate in the development and efficiency of the Finance team
• Cash flow forecasting
• Supporting on audit information
