Description

  • Maintain the sales ledger, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare invoices and manage the billing process.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Respond to financial inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Adhere to all financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with other accounting tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Sales Ledger should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team.
