Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise and maintain the SAP Business ByDesign and Salesforce systems.
  • Manage the invoicing process and ensure timely dispatch to clients.
  • Maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets.
  • Handle customer queries with excellence.
  • Manage online portals and process payments over the phone.

This role is designed for those who are ready to take on challenges and are prepared to evolve in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Superior customer service skills, both in writing and on the phone.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with SAP or similar finance software is beneficial, but not required as full training will be provided.
  • AAT qualification is desirable, or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
