Accounts Receivable Manager

Our client is well established within their industry, employing over 5000 people across multiple sites. Renowned for its innovation and quality, this Manchester-based organisation is seeking a motivated and skilled Accounts Receivable Manager to join their Accounting & Finance Department.
Description
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising routine department activities, such as disbursing checks and processing payroll, to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records.
- Working with the accounting team to create and manage budgeting processes.
- Collaborating with the audit team to ensure accurate and timely audit reports.
- Optimising the accounts receivable process and ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.
- Reviewing department processes and making recommendations for improvement.
- Managing relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Profile
The successful candidate requires:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a managerial role within the Accounting & Finance Department.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in the use of financial software and MS Office.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
