Accounts Receivable Manager
This position calls for an Accounts Receivable Manager who is committed to supporting the Retail department of our financial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment of debts, and managing the accounting team.

Description
The Accounts Receivable Manager;
- Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable function
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Monitor incoming payments and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts
- Perform account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records and control reports
- Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely collection of payments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable Manager should have:
- Proficient knowledge of accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
