About you:?

You'll be based from our office in Limerick and work as part of our Finance team to deliver on all aspects of Accounts Receivable as well as other financial duties. As this is a 6-month FTC role, you'll need to have a flexible and can-do attitude. As The Access Group has recently acquired SHR, new projects will be coming down the track with integration into the systems, change of accounting yearend etc, and this will provide an opportunity for personal growth and project ownership. Ultimately, this is a fast-paced varied role working as part of a small team but with plenty of room for growth and learning and the opportunity to take ownership of tasks in a positive culture & environment.

Day-to-day, you will:?

• Manage the full end-to-end AR function, including processing invoices, credit memos, and refunds.
• Handle customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
• Manage and reconcile spreadsheets and revenue streams, ensuring alignment with Quickbooks and Excel.
• Perform additional duties, including debtor collections, liaising on account queries, and assisting with audits and system integration.

Your skills and experiences might also include:??

• Experience in a technology service business with systems knowledge (e.g., Quickbooks Online).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups; a test will be conducted.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to quickly absorb tasks; some extra hours may be required at month end.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative attitude.
