Description

• Managing daily operations of accounts receivable and ensuring invoices are accurately issued.
• Monitoring and chasing up overdue invoices and payments.
• Performing credit checks and setting up new client accounts.
• Reconciliation of accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Working closely with the sales and customer service departments to resolve billing issues.
• Assisting with year-end audit preparation.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful 'Accounts Receivable' should have:

• A strong understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
