Job Title: Accounts Receivable

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Location: Ascot

Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing of account payments and ensuring accurate invoices are produced and sent
  • Dealing with queries and adjustments
  • Reconciling credit card transactions relating to payments and refunds
  • Administration of payment deposits and refunds
  • Maintain records and correspondence
  • Ensuring payments are paid within deadlines
  • Ensure balances are kept up to date and payments received reflected
  • Setting up payments on account
  • Providing reconciliations of payments and deductions
  • Preparing reports for meetings and audits
