Description

Accounts Receivable responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the accounts receivable ledger.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and credit control.
  • Conduct monthly customer account reconciliations.
  • Handle queries regarding invoicing and payments.
  • Support the wider Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing information.
  • Provide reports on receivables status and performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the receivables process.

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable should have:

  • A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance.
  • Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role within the Life Science industry.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
