Activation Manager, London (Hybrid) - Up to £40k dependent on experience

Are you an Activation Manager who is looking to join a busy, growing agency? You’ll be joining a leading independent media agency with some huge clients on their roster. They’re experts in a range of media and are looking for an Activation Manager to join the team to deliver strong media plans across Publishing, Audio and Digital.

The Activation Manager who joins them will be focused on understanding trends, technological developments and how to best achieve client goals. You’ll work closely with client teams to ensure all plans are delivered and drive the development of media owner relationships to make the most of opportunities for clients.

They’re looking for an Activation Manager who has plenty of experience in planning and / or buying, having a passion for delivering innovation and award-winning work. You’ll preferably have strong experience with Audio and Display, being able to hit the ground running with the existing team.

Below is what you’ll be working on as Activation Manager:

  • Deliver media plans across Publishing, Audio and Digital
  • Attend client status or reporting calls
  • Support the wider team and trading team via supplier and value forecasting
  • Develop and upskill junior planners / buyers

Here’s what they’re looking for in this Activation Manager:

  • Demonstrable experience in planning and / or buying
  • Passion for digital media
  • Experience in Audio and Display
  • Great communication and organisation skills
