Pay: £11.61 per hour

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Activity Assistant to join their team in a care home setting. The role involves providing engaging and stimulating activities for residents in their home. Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a care home or nursing home environment is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards older adults in need of support.
• Understanding of dementia care principles and the ability to adapt activities accordingly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other care professionals to enhance resident well-being.
