Offering administrative support with arranging travel, hotel bookings and airport pick ups for the UK and Europe, assisting with the coordination of trade shows.
Dealing with the completion of reports, raising purchase orders, some data entry for the accounts payable team. Responsible for the administration of holiday and new starter paperwork, supporting the administrative function for employee training and development, along with any additional internal programs.
Confident, personable, with good communication skills, able to organise a busy workload, bringing structure to the administrative function.
Preferred GCSE in Maths and English, with accurate data entry.
