Repairs / Maintenance Admin Assistant

12 week contract

£12.21 per hour

Hybrid Working

I am working with a local housing association who are searching for an Admin assistant to support with Data cleansing, removing outstanding works orders, duplications and to support with general system house keeping.

  • Prices any payments with receipts
  • Liaise with customers regarding their repairs - ensuring the system is up to date and accurate
  • Removing any old or outstanding work
  • Record all customers details
  • Electronically input all documents and repairs data
  • Deal with any questions or queries
  • Provide accurate administration duties
  • Raise and monitor works orders for financial commitments and compliance regulations
  • Ad-hoc duties

Candidate experience:

  • Worked within an Administration setting with experience in using word processing, spreadsheets and database packages
  • Able to help customers over the phone and by email - great written and verbal communication skills
