Administration Assistant

We are recruiting for an administration assistant to join a small, friendly and busy team based near Baldock

Key Duties

  • Assisting with all aspects of administration
  • Dealing with new customer subscriptions and taking care of any renewals
  • Processing payments
  • Preparing letters and despatching mailings
  • Answering telephone and email enquires
  • Any adhoc office duties which may arise

Skills

  • Personable and customer focused approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail for data entry 
  • organised with a methodical approach 
  • Strong telephone manner 
  • Ideally office experience (not essential)
  • Use of Microsoft CRM system (advantage)

Hours

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)
