Admin Assistant
Administration Assistant
We are recruiting for an administration assistant to join a small, friendly and busy team based near Baldock
Key Duties
- Assisting with all aspects of administration
- Dealing with new customer subscriptions and taking care of any renewals
- Processing payments
- Preparing letters and despatching mailings
- Answering telephone and email enquires
- Any adhoc office duties which may arise
Skills
- Personable and customer focused approach
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail for data entry
- organised with a methodical approach
- Strong telephone manner
- Ideally office experience (not essential)
- Use of Microsoft CRM system (advantage)
Hours
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)
