Admin Assistant
Location: City of London
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri
Duration: Until the end of April 2025

An established charitable organisation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide vital support across its day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a purpose-driven environment and wants to be part of a team that makes a positive difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including managing emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and internal activities
  • Draft and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Support finance-related admin such as processing invoices and tracking expenditure
  • Handle enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to ensure smooth communication


Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Interest in or understanding of the not-for-profit/charity sector
