My Client is currently expanding and they are looking for a Admin Coordinator to join their growing team. This coordinator with be the middle man to the engineers, managers, clients and more.
Roles and responsibilities of the Admin Coordinator:
- Take professional phone calls with clients
- Have good communication with Engineers
- Attending meetings
- Answer emails
- Complete tasks given by senior staff
- Ensure H&S is always met in the company
- And more
Experience and qualifications required for the Admin Coordinator:
- A good knowledge on H&S
- Vast experience with Microsoft packages
- Confident
- Excellent communicational skill
- Worked in either HVAC, Construction or Building services would be desirable
