Admin Coordinator

My Client is currently expanding and they are looking for a Admin Coordinator to join their growing team. This coordinator with be the middle man to the engineers, managers, clients and more.

Roles and responsibilities of the Admin Coordinator:

  • Take professional phone calls with clients
  • Have good communication with Engineers
  • Attending meetings
  • Answer emails
  • Complete tasks given by senior staff
  • Ensure H&S is always met in the company
  • And more

Experience and qualifications required for the Admin Coordinator:

  • A good knowledge on H&S
  • Vast experience with Microsoft packages
  • Confident
  • Excellent communicational skill
  • Worked in either HVAC, Construction or Building services would be desirable
