Description

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Handling incoming communication and forwarding them to the appropriate departments.
  • Organising and maintaining files and databases in a confidential manner.
  • Managing office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Creating reports and presentations as required.
  • Performing other relevant tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Admin/Office Support should have:
