Simple Recruitment are looking for an organised Admin Officer for a temporary opportunity with our client in Radstock. This role is due to commence from September.

The Job:

The Admin Officer will allocate the schedule for drivers, arranging the delivery of key goods and equipment, and carry out office administration to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging the drivers’ schedules for the delivery and collection of equipment, ensuring time and areas covered are maximised.
  • Prioritising collections and deliveries, and rescheduling at short notice as required.
  • Liaising with drivers to ensure information and instructions are communicated.
  • Responding to calls and enquiries. This will also include liaising with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensuring records are maintained and updated compliantly.

The Salary:

£12.80 per hour

The Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (office-based)

About You:

With previous experience in administration, you will be able to work to a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality and compliance. You will have a meticulous and proactive approach, along with excellent communication skills. You will be able to build professional relationships with a range of stakeholders, and will be able to manage and prioritise tasks.
