Summary

My high-profile Automotive client is looking for an Admin Support to join their team Based at their Coventry offices (once a month on site) on an initial 6-week contract with chance of extensions.

Our client, a leading company in the automotive industry, is seeking an Administration Support professional to join their team. This is a temporary, part-time position that offers a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of their administrative processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient clerical tasks and supporting Finance functions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
  • Input, update, and maintain records, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered.
  1. Filing and Document Management:
  • Organise and maintain electronic files and documents.
  • Retrieve and distribute documents as needed.
  1. Communication:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and team communications.
  • Route inquiries to the appropriate departments, individuals, and suppliers.
  1. Finance and Budget Support:
  • Assist in financial tasks such as processing invoices, raising PRs, and updating budget sheets.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Help in the resolution of invoicing issues with suppliers and accounts payable teams.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of office equipment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
