Administration Assistant

Blandford Forum, Dorset

Due to expansion our client is looking for an administration assistant to support the Management team.

Our client is a company focussed on innovation with a varied and exciting product range with a large orderbook.

From Manufacturing products for the pet industry to supplying lifeguard stations for the RNLI and Military, the role offers a varied and interesting opportunity and a chance to join our friendly, ambitious team.

The candidate will need to be professional with a high level of organisational skills.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answer phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Make travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Order in any necessary items
  • Respond on whatsapp to customers.
  • Support the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests.
  • Send out spares and taking payments and deposits for customers
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Working hours Mon- Weds 8.30 am-5.30pm Thursday 8am - 5pm.
