Administration Assistant

Location: Witney

My client, a highly-regarded and friendly law firm, are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their support team in the Witney office. This is primarily an administrative role with some reception duties.

The person appointed will:

  • Be well organised, thorough, and accurate
  • Be able to work independently but also as part of a team
  • Be prepared to work flexibly within the office environment
  • Be prepared to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and engage fully with all members of the office

Essential skills & experience:

The appointed person must:

  • Previous experience working in Administration / as an Administrative Assistant
  • Have an outstanding telephone manner and able to handle a large call volume
  • Have excellent organisational skills;
  • Have a proven ability of working to deadlines;
  • Have good telephone and communication skills particularly with members of the public
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Understand how to conduct themselves within a professional office environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The position is offered on a full-time basis.

  • Salary according to experience
  • 25 days holiday per annum plus normal bank holidays
  • Salary exchange pension
