We are seeking an IT Savy candidate for an organisation in the South Leeds area with excellent IT skills including intermediate Excel (V Look Ups/Pivot Tables). This is a full-time office-based position which involves analysis of company sales and using Excel to compile reports and spreadsheets for senior management.

This is a great opportunity for a graduate or someone with good admin skills looking to further their career and skillset. Over time you may get th opportunity to set up new websites and travel across Europe to meet website developers from sister companies.

Some of the key details about the position are listed below;

  • Analyse sales/purchasing trends
  • Investigate low and negative gross profit sales
  • Maintain customer discount quotations and product prices on the internal database
  • Organisation of retrospective rebates
  • Oversee and develop the E-Commerce assistant in the advancement of all company websites
  • General administration duties
