Charity Recruitment are recruiting for an Administrator working for an International Charity, based near Camberwell, London. This is a temp to perm role. This role is office based. You must be available immediately to start.

As the Administrator you will be the first point of contact for supporters and members of the public through both verbal and written channels and communicate with them in a prompt manner. This will include responding to inbound mail, telephone calls, emails and social media.

As the Administrator you will be responsible for processing supporter donations, thanking supporters, providing excellent customer service. You will ensure that all queries from management are addressed and resolved in a quick and efficient manner.

Experience:

Some experience at a basic level with mail merge and databases

Good written and communication skills

A high level of competence with Microsoft Office
