This is an exciting opportunity for someone currently working in a Team Leader/Office Manager position within a Law Firm or Professional Services. This role requires regular travel between their two offices.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing and leading the team, including managing workload and delegating
  • Being the main point of contact for clients, via telephone or email
  • Organising team diaries, arranging meetings and travel arrangements
  • Supporting the financial processes of the team
  • Offering a professional service to their clients through exceptional and proactive administration and assistance.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Experience of Supervising/Team Leader/Managing a team
  • Customer Services Oriented
  • Confident Communicator
  • Competent Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel
