We are looking for one Coroner Resource Officer for approximately 3 - 6 months to undertake ushering duties

The Coroner Resource Officer is responsible for providing excellent administrative support to meet the requirements of the Inner South London Coroners Court. It is a challenging and varied role, and is best suited to someone who is a good team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.

You will be responsible for a variety of duties pertaining to the effective operation of the Coroners Court Principal duties

• Management of the telephone service including front facing service of the court, and provide a consistent and professional high level of customer service at all times. • case management for death referrals. • interrogating IT systems to update and retrieve information; Other Duties • Supporting the Coroner as court usher for the efficient day to day operation of the court room for remote, in person and hybrid inquests;

We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a front facing service with excellent customer service skills. You must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written, and h. You must have good organisational skills, and be able to work on your own initiative. You must also be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
