Recruit UK is partnering with a prominent Chartered wealth management firm in Wakefield, which operates on a national scale, to find an experienced administration team leader to join their team.

Their integrated approach provides clients with a structured yet adaptable financial plan, meaning they provide tailored solutions instead of generic offerings.

As the administration team leader, you will provide oversight and manage the administration team. This involves workflow management, managing KPIs, process optimisation, and reporting back to the head of department.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a professional with strong people management skills and in-depth technical knowledge of the financial planning industry to join a reputable firm and make a significant impact on the business.

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in management.

  • Experience as a financial planning administrator.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the financial planning profession.
