Start: Immediate
Location: Central London - Hybrid Working 3 days in office 2 days working from home
Pay Rate: £95 - £119 per day + Holiday pay (Equivalent to £24,300 to £31,000)
Our client is a global e-commerce giant. Their Global Technical Design team is responsible for global fit, grading & construction across Womenswear, Menswear and Kidswear. Due to an increase in the team workload & new projects, an opportunity opened up for an administration Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Manage TD critical path & chase for samples and patterns accordingly.
- Manage samples from vendors through fitting process.
- Book fit model & manage fit session timings.
- Measure fit model regularly
- Take & distribute team meeting notes
- Manage fit wearer trials
- Project work e.g., competitor shop reports on fit & sizing.
- Update tech packs with images and sketches.
- Measure garments as needed (once trained)
Requirements
- Relevant degree / qualifications beneficial but not essential
- General administrative experience or retail experience required
- Interest in apparel / fitting / construction required
- Personal skills required - organisation, self-motivation, strong communication
