We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant in Tilbury. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support overall office operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
