Location: Dublin International Study Centre

Salary: €14.80 per hour

JOB PURPOSE

  • To help with the administration of the International Study Centre.
  • To assist the Centre Administrator and Student Welfare Officer with all areas of administration and student services.
  • To have responsibility for specific tasks.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Maintenance of student information on database/ paper files.
  • Data entry.
  • Dealing with student queries and directing appropriately.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a further or higher education setting is desirable.
  • Familiarity with software packages and ability to learn new systems.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience dealing with international students or in an international environment is desirable.
