Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide vital administrative support to multiple departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Organize, update, and maintain company records, databases, and filing systems
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage calendars for meetings, appointments, and events
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and important documents
  • Monitor office supplies and manage inventory to keep everything running efficiently
  • Support team projects and contribute to their successful execution

Experience, Skills set and/or qualifications required:

  • Recent Graduates or individuals with previous administrative experience
  • Exceptionally organized with a sharp eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
