We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our client team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the world's largest retailers and contribute to the overall success of our business. 

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our company. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of executives and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as needed

- Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems

- Assist with the preparation and execution of presentations, reports, and other important documents

- Coordinate and assist with special projects and events as required

- Maintain office supplies and equipment and ensure they are properly stocked and maintained

- Assist with managing budgets and tracking expenses

- Liaise with other departments and external partners as needed

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role

- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office Suite

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team

- Previous experience in a retail environment is considered an asset
