Position: Administrator

Salary range: £18,000 - £20,500 pa

Start date: Immediate start available

Hours of Work: 37,5 hours per week, 9am - 5pm, Mondayto Friday

Location: Bridgend Industrial Estate, Bridgend CF31 3PT

We have a fantastic opportunity available, for an experienced female Office Administrator to join our dynamic office team.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager and Managing Director in the day-to-day running of the business. A key skill will be the ability to build rapport with the people we support. We have a diverse and interesting workforce and population of people we support and no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • General reception duties, answering phones in a professional manner and supporting others in the team to provide a professional image at all times

  • Dealing with care enquiries and vacancy enquiries

  • Recruitment of new Caregivers and assistance with onboarding process

  • Assisting with payroll

  • Scanning and archiving as required

  • Collate and analyse all client satisfaction data and quality assurance programmes as requested

  • Assisting with updating of records of clients and CareGivers

  • Helping to ensure support plans are up to date, of a good standard and are compliant with CIW legislation.

  • Involvement in setting up of new packages including system set up and co-ordination of introduction meetings, initial rotas etc.

  • Monitoring compliance status of care delivery team and requesting appropriate documentation or training courses in a timely manner

  • Monitoring office stock

  • Assisting with marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Admin role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fast typing

  • Excellent use a range of computer software, Microsoft Office, databases etc.

  • Strong organisation skills and dedication to completing work in a timely manner

  • Excellent time management and must have excellent attention to details

  • Strong focus on providing excellent service to internal and external customers

  • Dependable and Reliable

  • Quick to learn new systems

  • A flexible, highly motivated, proactive and ‘can do’ work style

  • Positive Attitude

  • Be proactive in all aspects of the office procedures and listen to needs of others to ensure that we are all working together enabling the business to run in an efficient manner

  • Experience in care industry – advantage

All successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check and Regulated Activity which will include a check against the Barred adult list.
