- Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm / 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join a national company as a Purchasing Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop or enhance their administration skills within a purchasing department. While prior purchasing experience is not required, good IT skills and a methodical approach to work are essential.
Day-to-day of the role:- Process orders from operations promptly to meet project timelines.
- Accurately place purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring clear identification of goods receipt locations.
- Conduct virtual picking/shipping of products and service stock to engineers from outsourced stock locations.
- Execute ‘call-off’ purchase orders with suppliers as necessary.
- Handle order acknowledgements and expedite purchase orders with suppliers, updating the business system accordingly.
- Manage supplier returns and complete internal documentation.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the purchasing department.
- Good IT skills and proficiency in using business systems.
- A process-driven and methodical approach to managing workloads.
- Previous administrative experience is beneficial.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hybrid working model - 2 days at home per week
