Tony Alan Recruitment is currently recruiting an exciting new job opportunity for an Administrator to join an established and growing business in the Bolney area on a permanent basis.

This role would suit someone who is looking to start their career or with 12 months previous administration or data entry experience. You will be joining a friendly and social finance team that can offer you experience of an all-round finance role.

Key Duties:

• Upload the customer's orders onto the system
• First contact to the suppliers requesting shipping details.
• Arrange the collection and shipment to the UK.
• Answering the phones and putting the calls through to the correct members of the team
• Dealing with email responses from the suppliers and actioning and shipping details received to be moved onto the next stage in the process
• Understanding the differences between shipping terms for customs paperwork to ensure the order is uploaded correctly

Key requirements:

• Microsoft Word, Excel
• Confident team player
• Good telephone manner and communication
• Good eye for detail
