The role is office based but will move to hybrid 2 days at home once you are up and running and comfortable with systems and processes. The salary range is dependent on experience and qualification level. For the right candidate, our client will support RO qualifications to become DipFa qualified and the role can develop into a trainee paraplanning role after a solid period of service. However, if someone wishes to stay as a career administrator that is also suitable.
Responsibilities will include:
- Carry out all administration duties to fully support Financial Planners.
- Obtain valuations, information, and product details for analysis.
- Liaise with product providers and other third parties.
- Process new business, withdrawals, fund switches and follow through to completion working closely with the Paraplanner.
- Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties.
- Book in annual review meetings with clients and manage a Financial Planner’s diary.
- Make up and maintain compliant files.
- To comply with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of the role of Administrator.
