A leading consultancy has an opening for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator role involves project support to include overseas logistics, risk assessments and H&S, as well as assisting the HR Manager.

  • Salary £26,000
  • Hybrid working (2 days office)

Office Administrator responsibilities:

  • Organising and planning meetings/events alongside organising travel bookings (booking flights, taxis, hotels etc.)
  • Answering the telephones and managing email inboxes
  • Maintaining office related procurement requirements
  • Taking minutes during meetings when required
  • Acting as the first point of contact for guests or contractors visiting the office
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks relating to various projects
  • Providing support when required to the HR Manager including recruitment, onboarding and general office culture
  • Supporting the Health and Safety Officer carry out risk assessments for the office and maintaining documents required
  • Preparing lunches/refreshments for the wider team and supporting with the general cleanliness of the office
  • Providing general IT support in the office and during remote meetings

Office Administrator required skills/competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge
