Administrator - Hybrid
A leading consultancy has an opening for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator role involves project support to include overseas logistics, risk assessments and H&S, as well as assisting the HR Manager.
- Salary £26,000
- Hybrid working (2 days office)

Office Administrator responsibilities:
- Organising and planning meetings/events alongside organising travel bookings (booking flights, taxis, hotels etc.)
- Answering the telephones and managing email inboxes
- Maintaining office related procurement requirements
- Taking minutes during meetings when required
- Acting as the first point of contact for guests or contractors visiting the office
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks relating to various projects
- Providing support when required to the HR Manager including recruitment, onboarding and general office culture
- Supporting the Health and Safety Officer carry out risk assessments for the office and maintaining documents required
- Preparing lunches/refreshments for the wider team and supporting with the general cleanliness of the office
- Providing general IT support in the office and during remote meetings
Office Administrator required skills/competencies:
