We are seeking a Administrator to work a 37.5 hours a week working in LE5 with parking with an early Friday finish to demonstrate our client likes to offer a work life balance, as the Administrator this is a very varied role and an opportunity to join a team, supporting our sales department.

As the Administrator your duties will include
General receptionist duties - answering incoming calls/greeting visitors/managing the signing-in register. Organising refreshments.

Creating Delivery Notes & Certificate of Conformity's documents (goods out documentation).

Updating the in house system (updating internal systems with goods out information).

Dealing with goods in and recording goods arrival along with supplier performance.

Notifying accounts which jobs can be invoiced each day.

Organising couriers for jobs

Scheduling deliveries via TNT.

Organising office maintenance when required (i.e. plumbers/electricians etc).

Assisting the Health and Safety coordinator where necessary and maintaining H&S documents & Fire alarm testing/drills

Filing delivery notes.

Once successful in the role of Administrator you will receive the following
