A fantastic opportunity has arisen within my clients business for a strong all round Administrator/Office Manager. This is initially a temporary role, but with a view to becoming permanent. They are looking for somebody who has excellent organisational and communication skills, able to use their own initiative and who enjoys working in a busy job with lots of variety.

  • Support Sales functions (putting on orders, customer support etc)
  • Support Accounts functions (invoicing, aged debt etc)
  • Support Operations functions (stock, goods movements, supply chain etc)
  • Support Marketing functions (eCommerce orders, digital mail outs etc)
  • General Office Administration including Insurances, facilities, etc.

The successful candidate will be professional, have previous administrative experience, be able to work in a calm and efficient manner and enjoy working as part of a team.

The role is to start immediately, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (this is a fully office based role).
