The role supports a busy, lively Sales Team delivering excellent client support.

Sales Support Administrator

Duties include:

  • Administration support, Data Entry and raising Job sheets
  • Liaising with suppliers about purchasing stock or chasing up deliveries.
  • Project managing the process from start to successful delivery
  • Keeping the management systems up to date.
  • High level of telephone, email-based customer interaction
  • Inputting addresses, raising Shipping labels
  • Keeping paperwork and customer purchase orders in-check
  • Aftersales Admin support
  • Keep diaries and meetings up to date and occasionally send meeting requests on behalf of sales team.

The ideal candidate:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong IT skills, organisation skills and excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and work independently
  • Good telephone manner

Monday to Friday

Working hours 8.30am - 5.30pm
