We are looking for a hard working, committed and self motivated individual to join our small team working within the Financial Services sector.

Briefly, the role will include all aspects of administration in the day to day running of our business, working at least 30 hours per week from our office in Hinckley Leicestershire. Standard working hours will be 9am-3pm - overtime may be required and the candidate should be in a position to work extra hours daily, if required.

About the role;

Primary duties will be the general administration of the day to day running of the business. this will include but not be limited to;

Diary management / arranging meetings

Client calls, emails and face to face contact

Dealing with administration work to help with our clients needs and enquiries

Meeting prep and follow ups

Regularly engaging with our administration centre to assist our team and clients

Liaise with providers, Lenders and other administration teams with the Financial sector

The role will be office based working from Central Hinckley

PA duties to the Principal Partner of the business.

About the candidate;

We are looking for an organised, hard working individual to join the team, candidates must;

Have the ability to connect on a personal level with our clients

Have exceptional customer service both verbal and in written formats

Have their own car/transport and have a clean driving license

Have good knowledge of the financial services industry

Have very good computer skills including the use of - Outlook, Microsoft apps, Zoom etc

Show willingness to learn, develop and adapt throughout all aspects of the role.

Maintain accurate client records to comply with regulatory requirements

Previous experience with Paraplanning would be ideal but not essential

Previous experience working as an administrator within Financial Services is essential

Previous experience working within a St. James' Places Practice would be ideal but not essential.

Future prospects;

We intend to continue to grow client numbers and expand the business. Opportunities to develop further skills will be available for the correct candidate, these may include - paraplanning skills, mortgage and or Financial Adviser training via the SJP financial adviser academy program.
