SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to work in Loughborough.
As the part time Administrator, you will be required to work 12 hours per week.
Tuesday - 12:30pm-16:30pm, Wednesday - 08:30am-12:30pm, Thursday - 12:30pm-16:30pm.
This role is a job share, so you will be required to cover holidays and sickness.
Your main duties will include
- Be the main point of contact ensuring that visitors receive a warm welcome, providing relevant assistance and information as necessary.
- Answer all switchboard calls promptly, pass on any messages and enquiries accurately and effectively to the appropriate person.
- Keep the reception area clean and presentable throughout the day and ensure the area is well stocked with literature.
- Arrange the booking of meeting rooms as required.
- Book Zoom links for virtual meetings as requested.
- Distribute incoming post and ensure outgoing post is collected and arrange courier collections.
- Order tea/coffee/milk supplies and ensure the kitchen is fully stocked and the area is tidy.
- Ensure all offices facilities, including the photocopier and shredder are in good working order, including replacing toner cartridges.
- Manage a number of organisational email inboxes and respond accordingly.
- Order general office supplies.

In return you will be offered an £11.79 per hour, salary is £23,000 Full time equivalent.
