Part time - 26 hours ( Working hours- Monday 9-3, Tues - Friday 9-2)

Salary £16,314

This role will involve travelling to Basingstoke once a week. (Milage paid)

1to1 Group are working in partnership with a local homeless charity to provide an administrator, part time on a permanent basis.

The Role:

This role will be to provide administrative support across all three services, and to enable effective systems and procedures to maintain the efficient running on the services.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide administrative support to the service including receiving, recording and storing funds, processing invoices, banking, ordering and stock control of supplies - in accordance with set processes
  • To generate letters, take minutes, oversee post, log and report faulty equipment or damage to the property
  • To check, reconcile and report on clients’ rent accounts
  • To collate ex-clients' rent arrears, and produce reports to enable write offs
  • To administer clients’ housing benefit and Department for Work and Pensions records on our systems, liaise with external authorities if needed
  • To complete statutory and regulatory forms and provide data for management reporting

Requirements:

  • Customer service skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Understanding of the support needs of people experiencing homelessness or those with complex needs (desirable)
