ADMINISTRATOR Part time

You would be working with a small friendly busy team in the educational environment. This position is Term time only 20 hours a week Monday to Friday. The take home salary is £10.755.00 and includes Statutory holiday entitlement – there is flexibility which can be discussed in regard to times hours are worked. Must have own trasport.

  • Happy using word excel and other systems You will join the team in the main office
  • Perform a range of secretarial and administrative tasks as required by the Deputy Heads.
  • Liaise with the Senior Deputy Head to co-ordinate the calendar and forward planner.
  • Support the administration of the Co-Curricular programme (clubs and activities).
  • Setting up termly forward planners.
  • To ensure that paper work for trips, including risk assessments are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Help with the communication to parents relating to examinations and senior school admissions.
  • Take the minutes of the Education committee meetings (termly).
  • Liaise with senior school admissions.
  • Assist with the monitoring and tracking of pupil data.
  • Maintaining consent forms and co-ordinating consent received from parents in co-ordination with the Admissions Registrar.
  • Providing data for Governors/Brighton College reports.
  • Supporting registrar with mail out of new pupil information (handbooks etc) at the start of term.
  • To work closely with HR, ensuring that new starters have had a full induction process.
