Part Time Administrator  - £12.00 per hour – Ongoing Temp - Peterborough – Office based

Global Logistics Company is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their client Events team.

This is a temporary part time role to start ASAP for an initial 6 month period and will pay £12.00 per hour.

Working hours 9am to 3.30pm (with 30 mins break,) Monday to Friday.

Must have own transport due to location

The main duties of the Administrator will include:
  • Provide administration support to the event team delivering events across the UK & Ireland. 
  • This is an integral role to support the team with administration support to a key account. 
  • Maintain effective and collaborative relationship with the team, clients, suppliers, internal colleagues and other stakeholders (internally & externally). 
  • Work closely with the Event Manager, Operations team and the DHL demo team.
  • Manage payments as instructed.
  • Manage and keep the Financial trackers updated
  • Look after consumable items that support with events and re stock when required
  • Take minutes and update actions for the weekly customer meetings

The ideal Administrator will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail                          
  • Excellent client and customer service skills                                                           
  • IT proficient including MS Office packages
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team Player with the proven ability to take ownership of specific tasks.
