Administrator - Part Time
My Client, a firm of Chartered Surveyors urgently seeks an Administrator to support a firm of 15 people with reception and admin support. The duties include some of the following:-
- Audio typing documents, photocopying, scanning and filing
- Assist with the Office diary
- Ordering stationery, refreshments and other supplies
- Assisting with fee accounts, invoicing and credit control
- Meeting and greeting visitors, preparing meeting rooms etc.
- Assist with the incoming and outgoing post
- General admin support and other duties.
The role will require you to be inthe office 3 days a week after probation one of them can be worked at home
You will need to have advanced Excel and Word, excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills
