My Client, a firm of Chartered Surveyors urgently seeks an Administrator to support a firm of 15 people with reception and admin support. The duties include some of the following:-

  • Audio typing documents, photocopying, scanning and filing
  • Assist with the Office diary
  • Ordering stationery, refreshments and other supplies
  • Assisting with fee accounts, invoicing and credit control
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, preparing meeting rooms etc.
  • Assist with the incoming and outgoing post
  • General admin support and other duties.

The role will require you to be inthe office 3 days a week after probation one of them can be worked at home

You will need to have advanced Excel and Word, excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills
