Administrator - Part time
Part-Time Temporary Administrator
6 months.
Salary - C £14.00 per hour
Monday to Friday ideally 9am - 2pm (flexible) with potential to work from home 2 days per week. Offices are in Camberley, Surrey with free parking. You must live within a 30 minute drive of the offices.
Great opportunity to join a small, successful sales and order processing team supplying computers and networking equipment into factories and heavy industry. We are looking for a Part-Time Administrator (25 hours per week) who can help with sales administration and managing customer calls / enquiries so if you’re interested in the role you’ll need to be a good communicator, computer literate, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service over the phone and email
- Handling sales administration tasks such as processing orders and managing customer accounts
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications
- Collaborating with colleagues and suppliers in Germany to manage inventory levels
- Providing general administrative support as required
Requirements:
- Experience in detailed administration and customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated individual who can prioritize workload effectively
This is an initially part-time temporary role for at least a 6 month period. The position is available immediately. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about their career development within a very friendly team.
