37.5 hours per week - flexible hours
Near Manchester Airport
Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office
Up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience

Our client, a leading organisation in the healthcare industry, is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of their business unit and will work closely with Directors.
Responsibilities:
- Organise all meetings and attend as needed for minute taking
- Manage the team's financial/budgetary processes, contributing to budget planning and continuous monitoring
- Implement administrative workflows of purchases and internal orders
- Liaise with Finance Team for budget data consolidation and reporting
- Coordinate with Procurement & Legal departments for purchase orders management
- Organise and coordinate international meetings and events with stakeholders
- Be the key user for internal tools/platforms such as SAP
- Manage material stock levels and ensure up-to-date lists
- Coordinate website maintenance
Requirements:
- Substantial administration experience in a similar position - ideally within pharma or healthcare
- Experience working at director level
- Knowledge of operating platforms such as SAP and an advanced user of MS Office Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong digital file management skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Proactive approach to suggesting and implementing best practise procedures
- Strong team working abilities
- Customer service focus, both internally and externally
