About the Role

An exciting opportunity for an individual has arisen within the National Service Delivery Operations Administration Team supporting Clients and Financial Planners across the country in processing various administrative and operational support tasks.

As a Service Delivery Operations Administration Team member, you will play a critical role in updating our back-office Client Relationship Management system: Xplan. Your role will involve processing changes to client service levels, in particular clients wishing to cease ongoing service or disengage completely, as well as updating client details and a variety of other administrative tasks. You will use a variety of other online tools and platforms using a variety of other tools and platforms to perform your day-to-day activities.

Our Financial Planner provide holistic financial planning to all our clients, so an understanding of the different types of investments, pensions and protection plans is desirable but not essential. We will provide full training and development, so you will build an understanding of these areas. You will work closely with all our Financial Planners and the regional teams supporting them.

Once you have been trained fully on these areas you will have the opportunity to support and learn more about the advice process with supporting the wider Service Delivery team. The team have a vast experience and knowledge and are extremely approachable to support you in learning our processes and procedures.

You will be required to ensure all work is completed within the required timescales to meet both internal Service Levels (SLA's) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines and procedures. You will also be expected to develop knowledge around Quilter's risk landscape, how that impacts your team and the work that you perform. Additionally, you'll be required to have a thorough understanding of Quilter Financial Planning (QFP) Treating Customer Fairly (TCF) philosophy and ensure your knowledge is up to date through the training we provide.

About You

  • To succeed in this post, you will have extensive organisational skills, whilst also being able to pay attention to de-tail, especially when completing written work.
  • You naturally have a curious mind and are proactive in problem solving and know how to be resourceful.
  • Multi-tasking comes as second nature to you and enables you to meet tight deadlines, whilst still having a positive attitude to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lastly, working well in a team is important, specifically within the Service Delivery team as they are very close-knit and often collaborate to produce results. Working individually and managing your own workload will also be re-quired as part of the role.
